Forest Hills Academy of Digital Learning Enrollment Process

The enrollment process is very simple.  Click here for the Enrollment Form. Please complete a form for each student who will be enrolling in the Forest Hills Academy of Digital Learning.  Once you complete and submit the form, a school counselor will be in touch to schedule your child(ren) and provide additional information.  The enrollment for the Forest Hills Academy of Digital Learning is ongoing.
